About / A company built around operations

Clarity is an operating discipline.

We exist to help supply-chain teams make informed decisions when the plan meets the day.

Independent by design
International in practice
Grounded in operations

01 / Our purpose

Complexity is real. Confusion is not inevitable.

Meridian Lattice Systems is a fictional international operations software company founded in Valencia. We create logistics workflow software and operational analytics for freight operators, warehouse networks, manufacturers, distributors, 3PL providers and multi-site supply-chain teams.

Our point of view is simple: the best operational signal is one that arrives in context, reaches someone who can act and leaves a useful record of what happened next.

02 / Operating principles

Small set of principles. Applied consistently.

01 / CONTEXT

Connect the whole decision

We connect the event, the commitment it affects and the person responsible for the next move.

02 / EVIDENCE

Make assumptions visible

Measures, forecasts and alerts should be explainable enough for operations teams to test and trust.

03 / RESPECT

Work with the operating grain

We design around local constraints, established responsibilities and the systems teams already use.

03 / International approach

Local realities matter across borders.

We work across regions by mapping differences in site calendars, carrier events, languages, data ownership and escalation practice before standardizing. A shared operating model should make local action clearer—not erase useful local context.

Our delivery rhythm combines remote working sessions with on-site discovery where it adds value. Time zones, governance and partner responsibilities are agreed during scoping, not assumed.

04 / Company timeline

From process observation to connected operations.

A considered path of learning, product work and customer delivery.

The founding team begins a series of workflow research projects with freight and distribution operators in Spain.

First multi-site operations pilot brings transport milestones and warehouse capacity into one daily review.

A modular integration framework supports deployments across more varied regional systems and data practices.

Meridian expands its customer operations practice for distributed teams across 18 countries.

05 / The people behind the work

Compact teams, different disciplines.

Seven colleagues across product, delivery, service research and platform practice. We organize around the work and bring the right discipline into each customer engagement.
